Purple Bean cups and ships wholesale green coffee from our roasting lab in Cusco. We buy from farms we visit in La Convención — Santa Teresa, Echarati, and Incawasi — and from Cajamarca. Roasters and cafés get the farm, variety, process, altitude, and SCA score with the lot.
La Convención
Washed and honey lots from the Andean edge of the Amazon, including the Cusco Bourbon we roast in the lab.

Higher farms, including Geisha from Angel M at La Catarata. The same producers are on the roasted menu.
